My child has moved to a different school. What now?
Do you use Kwieb and has your child moved to a different school? There are two possible situations:
- the new school also uses Kwieb
- the new school uses a different system
The new school uses Kwieb
Linking your parent account to your child at the new school
Even if the new school also uses Kwieb, you'll need to link your child again. This is because your child's details are supplied to Kwieb from the new school's administration system. You'll receive an invitation from the new school to do this. You can simply use the Kwieb app you already have, with the same account - there's no need for a new app or account.

Removing the link with your child at the old school
After linking your child to the new school, you'll temporarily see your child listed twice in your profile: once for the old school and once for the new one. That's not a problem - through the link with the old school, you won't receive any new information, you'll only see the old data and history. You can simply leave this link as it is.
Would you still like the old link removed? Please contact support@ziber.eu and mention the names of both the old and new school. Send this email from the address you also use to log in to the app. You can also use the Feedback feature in Kwieb (via the "plus" button at the bottom of the app) - this way we'll know the request is coming from you.
The new school uses a different system
If the new school doesn't use Kwieb, you no longer need Kwieb for this child. As soon as the old school reports in their administration system that your child is no longer enrolled, Kwieb will process this automatically. You'll no longer receive any new data after that.
Please note: you'll still have access for two years to the data from the period your child attended the old school.
Deleting your Ziber ID yourself
Would you like to delete your Ziber ID completely - for example, because your child is no longer at school and you no longer use Kwieb? You can do this yourself:
- Open the Kwieb app and go to your profile (tap your profile photo in the top left).
- Scroll down to the Delete Ziber ID option.
- Tap Delete Ziber ID and confirm again by tapping Delete at the warning.
After 90 days, all your personal information will be permanently deleted from the Ziber platform. If you use this Ziber ID for other Ziber services as well, you'll lose access to those too.
