Child has moved to another school?

When you use Kwieb and your child has moved to another school, there are two options regarding the use of Kwieb;

• the new school uses Kwieb
• the new school uses something else

The new school uses Kwieb

Linking child (new school)

If the new school also uses Kwieb, you will still have to link your child again, because the child data from the administration of the new school will be supplied to Kwieb. The news school will send you an invitation to link your child to Kwieb. You can use the current Kwieb app that you already have active for this. Unlink child (old school)

After you have linked your child from the new school, you will see your child linked twice in your profile. You can have the old account deleted by Ziber. Contact support@ziber.nl and state the name of the old and new school and send an email to Ziber from your email address with which you also use the app. Or use the "plus" button (at the bottom of Kwieb) to use the Feedback function, so we know it's you.

The new school uses something different

Because the new school uses something different than Kwieb, you don't need Kwieb anymore. As soon as the old school has indicated in the administration that your child is no longer at school, Kwieb will automatically know this too. You will no longer receive new data. You will have access to your child's data via Kwieb for another two years (from the period when it was still at the old school).

Your own Ziber account

If you want your Ziber login account, which you use to log in to Kwieb, to be deleted, you can indicate this by sending an email to support@ziber.nl from the e-mail address you want to delete at Ziber. We will implement this for you.
