Swap a childcare session

Would you like to swap a scheduled childcare session for another day? In Kwieb, you can submit a swap request directly to your childcare organization.

Step-by-step: request a swap

1. In the Kwieb app, go to your Agenda.
2. Tap the childcare session you want to swap.
3. In the detail screen that opens, choose the option "Request swap".
4. Select the period in which you are looking for a replacement session.
5. Kwieb immediately shows you the available days and times within that period. Select the session you want.
6. Optionally, add an explanation or reason for your request.
7. Tap "Submit request".

What happens next?

Your request is sent directly to the childcare organization. You can follow the progress of your request in the Requests overview. As soon as your request has been reviewed, you will be notified.
