View childcare requests
In Kwieb, you can easily follow the status of your childcare requests (such as absence reports, swap requests or extra childcare) in the Requests overview.
Open the overview
You can find your submitted requests by going to the childcare section in the menu and choosing "Requests overview". Here you see a list of all your current and previous requests.
Meaning of the status
Each request has a status that shows how far along the process is:
- Pending (In behandeling): The childcare organization has received your request and still needs to review it.
- Approved (Goedgekeurd): Your request has been accepted and processed in the schedule.
- On waiting list (Op wachtlijst): There is currently no space, but you are on the waiting list for this session.
- Rejected (Afgewezen): Unfortunately, the request could not be granted.
- Canceled (Geannuleerd): You canceled the request yourself.
Cancel a request
As long as a request still has the status "Pending" or "On waiting list", you can withdraw it yourself. To do this, click the "Cancel request" button on the request.
