View and download documents in Kwieb
Your childcare organization can share documents such as invoices, agreements, annual statements and other files with you through Kwieb. You find them on the organization's profile page.

Where do you find your documents?
Documents your childcare organization shares with you are on the organization's profile page in Kwieb.
- Open Kwieb.
- Tap your avatar in the top left.
- Under Locations, tap the organization you want to view.
- Scroll down to Documents.
Documents are grouped by category. Tap a category to expand it. Each category shows the number of documents and the date of the most recent document.
Which document categories are there?
Depending on what your organization shares, you see these categories:

| Annual statement | Annual financial statements |
| Agreement | Contracts and placement agreements |
| Annual budget | Annual cost estimates |
| Other | Other files the organization shares |
Download a document
- Tap a category to expand it.
- Tap the document you want to download.
The file downloads automatically. Invoices, annual statements, agreements and annual budgets are PDF files. Other documents can be in other formats — the file type is shown next to the document name.
What do the status labels mean?
Some documents have a colored status label next to their name:

|---|---|
| Paid (green) | The invoice has been paid |
| Outstanding (orange) | The invoice has not been paid yet |
| Accepted (green) | The document has been accepted |
| Rejected (red) | The document has been rejected |
| Open (orange) | The document is awaiting review |
No documents showing?
If you see the message "No downloads found", your organization hasn't shared any documents with you through Kwieb yet. Contact your childcare organization if you expect documents here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see documents for all my children?
Documents are shown per organization. If your children attend the same organization, all documents are in one place. For children at different organizations, tap your avatar and then each organization under Locations to view their documents.
What if a document won't download?
Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact your childcare organization — they can check whether the document is available in their system.
